Returns and Change Order Shipping Policy

Shopping Questions
If you have any questions while shopping at our site, please do not hesitate contacting us, we will be happy to help you to answer those burning questions or concerns that you might have and save you time and money on returns. The fastest way to contact us is by email at support@paqlite.com. Most likely you will hear from us within the hour but busy days may warrant the same day response.
Order:
- Status: We recommend visiting My Account section on the top of our website to check order status, track your orders, change your shipping or billing address and save your info for easy and secure shopping. The account menu is the right place to start any other action on your order.
- Cancellation: Items usually ship within 1 to 2 days. If the order is not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund including shipping charges. If we receive your cancellation request after shipping your order, you will responsible for shipping charges for delivery and return. If the order is shipped already, please skip and follow the Returns Policy.
- Exchange: To exchange any unopened item for a different item, please return the item to us based on the return policy and order the new item conveniently at our website.
- Shortage: If we shipped short less than ordered quantity of the item, please advise us on the item and quantity received and we will ship the remainder of the items promptly.
- Overage: If received an item more than what you ordered, we can arrange for a prepaid freight to have the overage shipped back to us and give you 20% discount on one of the items you keep.
Returns
For any unopened, defective or incorrect item, simply:
- Reply to order notification email we sent to you within 30 days of receipt of your item. State the reason for return and the condition of the package to get an RMA number.
- Write RMA number on the copy of the invoice and place it inside the outer packing.
- Have the package delivered to us in its original packaging within 15 days of reporting the return. For items below $75, we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature and trackable shipping service.
- If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our Return Policy.
Refunds
The following outlines how we process your refund. Please allow 2 weeks to credit your account based on the following schedule:
- For any defective or incorrect item, we will send you the correct item and additionally issue a credit to cover your shipping fee. The shipping fee credited will be the same fee that we incurred to send you the item.
- For any unopened item, we will credit your account with full invoice price less shipping and handling. You will be responsible for return shipping.
Delivery
- Tracking: Please log in to your account page, to track delivery status.
- Damage: At the time of delivery, please inspect the package for any signs of damage. Should you observe any damage to your order, please make sure to report it to us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We will replace your order right away.
